Maison de maître complétée d’un corps de ferme, de plusieurs dépendances, d’un lavoir et bien sûr...d’une fontaine.
Sans aucun voisinage, elle est entourée de 3 hectares de bois et surplombe la vallée de la Vézère classée au patrimoine mondial de l’Unesco.
Un châtaignier bicentenaire sert de parasol à la terrasse de 300m2 où l’on mange, se prélasse, joue au ping-pong, aux fléchettes, à la pétanque...
Ici aucun bruit si ce n’est celui des cigales et des grillons; le silence est roi !
Le village de Montignac-Lascaux avec ses commerces, bars, restaurants et bien sûr ses célèbres grottes est à trois kilomètres. A quelques kms de Beynac, la Roque Gageac, Castelnau, Sarlat...
Randonnées à dos d’âne à 300m, canoë et baignade dans la Vézère à Thonac ( 2 minutes en voiture) et tous les sentiers de randonnée feront le bonheur des plus « sportifs ».
Légumes, œufs et lait à la ferme à 300m.
