Due to its special location, protected in the basement, the modern heating system and the high-quality windows, the apartment offers a pleasant climate all year round. The windows are also partially equipped with removable insect screens.

The apartment includes a bedroom with a solid wood double bed (180x200), a dining room with a fold-out wall bed, a living room with a comfortable corner sofa (fold-out bed), a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The bathroom was renewed in December 2017.

During the establishment, attention was paid to the use of allergy-friendly materials.

The kitchen and bathroom are tiled, all other rooms have laminate floors. Some carpets provide even more comfort.
