Our spacious coastal retreat is set in Carrickalinga Sands estate, a safe family-friendly pocket where you can hear the waves from our backyard. The beach is only a short 3 minute walk away.

Designed for groups and extended families, the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with multiple living zones so everyone can spread out, relax, and enjoy their own space. Whether you’re here for long summer days by the water or a cosy winter escape, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and location.

Unwind in light-filled interiors, enjoy meals together, or relax under the covered outdoor patio overlooking the park. With games, books, and entertainment for all ages, it’s an easy, stress-free getaway all year round.

The Space.
Four spacious bedrooms await, with all beds professionally made before your arrival. Quality cotton linen, bath towels, extra blankets and quilts are all provided for a comfortable stay.

One of the standout features of the home is the three separate living areas, making it ideal for larger group, and for everyone to find their own spot:
• Main living area: Open-plan kitchen, coffee machine, two dining spaces, and a central lounge
• Second lounge area: TV, DVD player, and an old-school Nintendo loaded with 300 games.
• Games room: A dedicated kids’ retreat packed with entertainment

There’s also a dedicated work-from-home desk with free WiFi, giving you the option to stay connected if needed.

The fully enclosed backyard is safe and perfect for families, with a covered patio ideal for long summer evenings.

Cleaning and linen is included in your stay. Quality cotton bed sheets are pre-made, Bath towels, bath matts and tea towels are provided for. Making a stress free and light packing experience, where you can unpack and relax from get go.
Please clean the BBQ and Oven prior to leaving to avoid the $60 surcharge.

Wash and return dishes. You're welcome to stack the dishwasher and turn on as you leave.

Situated in a great location, short walk to the beach, down the road from Forktree brewery. It was great having separate sections and living rooms. We had to amend the booking during the process and the help and support was fantastic. Definitely recommend the stay!

Great location & big roomy house

Loved the location, walk to beautiful sandy blue water beach. Lots of room in the house and yard space to hangout & play around. Hosts were very nice, would definitely stay there again.

Was a great place to stay, so much room for our special family dynamics. Travelling with teenager, elderly parents(one from each side of the family) husband and myself and an elderly dog. We all had our own space when need be. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip so much we booked another night. The welcome note and Tim Tam's was the icing of making us all feel welcomed. House was very clean and suited two families staying together so well. So good to have linen and towels provided! Plenty of space for everyone. Quick walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to town. Home away from home

It was so easy to settle in on arrival, and feel the restful peace of the environment. The accommodation was great with plenty of room for 10. Early morning and evening walks along the beach became the norm. Our 5 days felt like well over a week.

Normanville offers the best beaches around, and I’ve travelled to many. I love the white sand and crystal clear waters being a short stroll away.

What makes this property unique

I love sitting outside with a book and glass of wine, watching the children play. Listening to the waves crashing is a relaxing delight to experience in my very own back yard. I love how surrounded by nature our home is. Watching the kangaroos, spotting a hare, listening to the birds in the morning reminds me of how lucky we are.
