Ski trip with family and friends

We had a great experience on our 3n/4d stay in this beautiful house. Great 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms space for us. Everything we needed were pretty much provided. Looking forward to coming back next week for another ski trip.

The property was clean and well stocked with the utensils, dishes, pots and pans needed for an extended stay. The electronic keypad did not work at arrival but the property manager was very responsive in correcting that issue.

Check out was too early with the family having a busy day of activities a day before and the house was cold and the entrance had small area rug for 11pplRecycling bin was filthy and was not clean before garbage was put on Dryer did not work on the ground floor and the ground washroom did not smell nice I would refer the house more be more be cleaner and kitchen stuff not that clean too

For comfort, the unit is equipped with a fireplace that is available for all guests to use, which helps keep the space warm during colder periods. We also wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay. If we had known that the unit felt cold or that the dryer on the ground floor was not working, we would have promptly sent our team to inspect and resolve the issue. Regarding checkout, we do have a standard checkout time in place to allow our cleaning team enough time to properly prepare the home for incoming guests. Cleanliness is something we take very seriously, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Everything you mentioned has since been addressed with our team to ensure a better experience moving forward.
