Welcome to Seascape Suite!
A clean and comfortable 1-bedroom suite with a king bed and a double pullout couch. This beautiful unit works well for couples, solo travelers, or small families (up to 2 adults + 2 children) looking for a simple, practical place to stay.
The suite has access to all the shared Seascape amenities, including the terrace overlooking the harbour, oceanfront dock, beach, kayaks, crab traps and games. Large powered locking shed for e-bike travellers. It’s a great mid-tier option if you want to be on the water without the higher price point of our larger or more premium units.
PLEASE NOTE: **There is NO ocean VIEW from inside the suite itself. **SEVERAL stairs lead down to the water and dock area. You can enjoy the view from the terrace without having to walk down stairs. For anyone wanting to access the dock with mobility issues this unit may not be suitable for you.
Seascape is a small boutique oceanfront hotel property located just a 10-minute walk from downtown Sooke. The property consists of 5 separate units that share the dock and outdoor spaces.

***NOTE NO VIEW from suite itself but full oceanfront property access.

-Nestled on a stunning 2-acre oceanfront property, Seascape offers a serene escape just a 10-minute walk from vibrant downtown Sooke. Enjoy easy access to local attractions, including the Sooke Museum, Seaparc Recreation Centre, Galloping Goose Trail, Sooke Potholes, DeMamiel Creek Golf Course, and a variety of shops, restaurants, breweries, and hiking trails.

The property features five private units, each with its own entrance ensuring a peaceful and independent stay. Shared amenities include a private parking lot, a large private dock, direct beach access, and a scenic oceanfront terrace overlooking the harbour with a grassy area perfect for relaxation. A communal laundry facility is available for guest use from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Adventure awaits with two complimentary kayaks (first-come, first-served) for exploring Sooke Harbour’s tranquil waters. Guests can also try their hand at crabbing with provided crab traps, offering a true coastal experience. October to March is prime season for catching abundant Dungeness crab right off the dock!

***Note: The dock, boardwalk, and beach are accessed via SEVERAL STAIRS which may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.*

Seascape Inn is a perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer.Having a wharf and dock is an extra bonus. Including kayaks and crabpots. Suite was very clean, and organized.There was a very well put together informational guide for local eateries and sights. All amenities were available including, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.Tiffany responded almost immediately to any questions that we had.It is very close to some shopping and even for a Timmys morning run.There are several types of accommodations available from a suite, to a studio and a house (depending on the number of guests.We were here for a wedding at the prestige, and this accommodation was not even 10 minutes away, and gave us our own privacy and comfort away from the hotel.Highly recommend this, and if we are ever back in sooke, we will definitely be looking at staying here again.

There are at least 4 units on this property. The one we were in was not the one I thought we had booked. With that being said it was a very clean well equipped suite. The bed was amazing! I goofed when I booked so our checkout day was a day sooner than expected. We were out on a boat when the host contacted us and she was very understanding. They graciously packed our things and stored them for us until we got back and were very forgiving. We would 100% stay there again! And the lawn lizards were a pretty cool surprise!

It was the best stay. Beautifully decorated and totally spotless and comfortable. All new appliances and housewares. Surprised how stocked the pantry is, absolutely everything you might need or want. Tiffany was very accessible if any concern arises. Our dog loved the yard and access to the water.
