We loved our two nights stay in the suite. We felt like we got special treatment with all the extras available to us prepared with tender love and care! Thankyou very much for the very pleasant stay!
Charming little place that has absolutely everything and a wonderful host! Tiffiny was very responsive and offered us the bigger cottage for the same price. We will definitely come back.
Quaint little cottage with nice patio. Had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Property has access to a beach and a pier. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. Not that walkable as there is no sidewalk for a number of blocks and located on a main road. Great for a stay in Sooke to access beaches and many places to hike

Host was very helpful. Bsyhroom shower tiny. Faucet needed repair. Rug by bed needed replacingView of water great.
The property was beautiful, especially having the large deck and dock access. The suite itself was perfect, well equipped with everything you could need. There was a nice little patio that was private behind a beautiful garden. Only downside was the shower water was lukewarm despite the bathroom and kitchen sinks having hot water.
The place was well-appointed with everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a fully stocked kitchen, allowing us to enjoy slow mornings with coffee while taking in the beautiful scenery. It was the perfect spot to soak in the tranquility of the surroundings. The location was ideal, providing easy access to hiking trails, hidden beaches, and charming local spots near Sooke and a short drive to Victoria. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with stunning views, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return!
I had a wonderful stay at the Studio. Clean and quiet. The little kitchen was a great size for 1.The closeness to the ocean, and the dock access was a pleasant surprise. The work being done on the highway into town was the only drawback. Too many cars on the road blocking the only access to the parking lot.
Everything was excellent except we believe from the advertisement we thought we would be able to walk from the door to the dock and out to the water partner has COPD and it was too steep on the hill to get to Beyond her ability
Right on the main road, with roadworks that kept going all night that kept us awake!Frige right beside the bed also noisy, so we had to switch it off.Otherwise, pleasant enough with lovely garden and great views, and a good laundry.
It was a great location, the host Tiffany was wonderful . The suite is tiny but well equipped, the mattress wasn’t great. We brought our boat , we were so excited to be able to park at a private wharf , the downside was 62 stairs down to it . My husband & I are seniors & the number of stairs should be included in the write up . That is a lot of stairs if anyone has mobility issues
We enjoyed the property but were disappointed there was no view. When we read oceanfront we thought we would be able to see the ocean. It was difficult to get the shower faucet turned off and not dripping. It was very clean and although there were a number on any traps around we saw no insects. There were basic condiments there but because we ate out we only used coffee.
Sadly had to leave early due to illness, so didn't get a chance to properly review property. The cabin ('studio') was tiny but comfortable was very private with its own little deck. An accessible walkway led to a lovely large deck with a fabulous view of the ocean. One suggestion, a couple of deck umbrellas? It was a baking hot day when we arrived, so the open deck called for a limited visit for people with sensitive skin who had forgotten their hat! We'll likely return, perhaps to one of the larger units.Pleased to see everything needed for a self-catering stay was available, and good starter amounts for basics like coffee, tea, oil, adn condiments.
