Walpole House is a cosy getaway by the Walpole inlet with a large backyard.

Walpole House is a beautifully presented holiday home located within the main township, a short stroll to the town centre and 100m to the Walpole inlet. Walpole House offers the perfect base for that fishing holiday, there is plenty of room for a boat, or to explore the Walpole wilderness area. Sit back and relax in a large cosy lounge, with fireplace, or entertain in the covered outdoor entertaining area. Walpole House offers privacy, comfort and style. It is 3 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. It is pet friendly with a fully fenced large backyard. Walpole House is BYO linen so you will need to bring sheets, blankets, towels and pillow slips. Pillows are provided. This enables us to keep our rates low. The kitchen is fully stocked. The loungeroom is airconditioned and there is a great loungeroom fireplace also an outdoor firepit, for which wood can be purchased from the Walpole IGA or Walpole Hardware.

We had a wonderful stay at Walpole House for a week. The property was clean and had all the amenaties required for a comfortable stay for a family of 4. The fireplace was so cosy as the week we stayed was quite cold. The property is located close to many attractions and hike trails.

Very well appointed family holiday home

We had a wonderful stay in Walpole this week. The home is beautiful and has everything you’d need and more. Plenty of cooking utensils and cookware. BBQ. Loads of outdoor games and a huge yard to enjoy it in. The one evening that wasn’t raining we toasted marshmallows in the outside fire pit. Inside we were kept toasty with the wood fire, and when we took too long to f t that going the reverse cycle aircon took the chill out of the room. Comfortable rooms.

Well equipped, clean and lovely house that welcomes pets

Initially the website stated that this property was available a day or 2 earlier than it was and allowed me to book it. The host called to let me know of the error and Stayz refunded my payment and charged it out for the lesser days. It was annoying but it was sorted easily.This house is a gem and in such a beautiful area too. Pets are welcome and the garden is fully fenced to ensure they are safe.There was an ample supply and a good range of kitchen utensils and cooking & preparing items. There is a small amount of the essentials that it is often common to forget such as salt and pepper, glad wrap cooking oil etc.The house is clean and very comfortable, with many family games etc. to play, such as darts, table tennis, croquet etc and thee is a perfect fire pit area for use.My biggest complaint, is how far in advance that you have to book because it is so popular and worth staying at.

Denise was an excellent host, responded to our questions quickly! The house was comfortable and well appointed and we particularly enjoyed all the backyard games provided. We would definitely stay at the Walpole house again!
