The house was just a few blocks from the main alien festival street, McDonald's and other restaurants. We easily walked everywhere. The house AC was nice but it could be a little loud at times. Otherwise we had no complaints at all. The large patio was great for hanging out on the cooler evenings.

The home was lovely, very well updated. The house was clean, kitchen was well decked out, beds were comfortable, water pressure in showers was amazing, and the property manager Corey was incredibly responsive to every question.

This is a great property in a well established neighborhood. It was very quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the porch. There are two bedrooms with comfortable beds and another room almost like an enclosed porch. This house will comfortable sleep 4. I think the enclosed porch would be better served as an office type space. Put in a desk and a comfortable chair or two. The kitchen is excellent. Just what you need to make a nice vacation meal and the stove has a griddle which was fun to use for breakfast. I might suggest a pod coffee maker as some of us have forgotten how to measure coffee into a drip machine! Washing machine and dryer are new and large capacity. Nice decorating and aesthetic.
