The apartment features three well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious queen bed, calming décor and a hidden ensuite behind a stylish wardrobe door. The second bedroom offers a cosy double bed, while the third bedroom is set with a single bed with a study nook, perfect for remote work. The main bathroom is a retreat in itself, featuring marble-style tiling, a deep bathtub, and premium finishes. Laundry facilities with a washer, dryer, outdoor clothesline, and additional storage ensures a comfortable stay.

Please note: construction of a new building is scheduled to begin on the neighbouring property from August 31, 2026. As the site is directly adjacent to the apartment, guests may experience noise and general building activity during daytime hours. Works are expected to continue for approximately 12 to 18 months. Please note that the private patio is enclosed between the apartment and the provided black privacy shade. The walkway area beyond the shade is a body corporate common area and may be used by other residents or guests.

Long term stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional deep cleaning fee of $140 as we are required to perform a deep clean after such stays.
