They were working on the balcony. It said the balcony may be unavailable for part of my stay. It was unavailable for the whole time of my stay.

This location is BEAUTIFUL especially when you pay for the beach view. There's a lot of construction (noise) going on at the moment but it didn't seem to bother anyone. This facility upgraded us to the penthouse apartment which was BEAUTIFUL with great views for no extra charge all because the apartment we rented was under construction. Everything was smooth from the beginning to the end. The only bad thing was that it stormed most of our stay & we were there 9 days. They have plenty of outdoor showers to since off your feet & body when coming in from the beach & the parking is great.
