Reba's Retreat is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom plus loft vacation home located in Steele Park in Carlton Landing, a pocket neighborhood with exclusive access to a heated pool that is professionally maintained and hot tub that is available for use year-round. In addition, Steele Park features a casual outdoor rooftop deck well-appointed with lounge furniture and dining sets perfect for outdoor entertaining and special events.

Walk through the front door of this bluish teal home into the spacious living and dining area which are flooded with natural light. The elegant kitchen is fully stocked for all your meal preparation needs. There is a half-bathroom and laundry room located on the first floor of the home. Through the sliding doors you will enter the shared space of Steele Park where all the amenities a wait! Pool, hot tub, entertaining area and grill!

The second floor features all bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left is the well decorated king suite. The second bedroom is a spacious queen room. The Third bedroom features a queen bed- The second and third bedroom share a bathroom with tub/shower combo. The final sleeping area is the loft with four twin beds- a great space for kids to hang after a long day at the lake or pool.

Very clean, had everything we needed and nice to have the private hot tub out back. Would definitely love to come back in the summer and enjoy all the fun activities this adorable little town has to offer!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was fully stocked and the Steele park amenities were a HUGE plus. If coming with a group, I would likely consider a different place. The loft area with the four single beds was a very steep ladder situation. Not ideal for carrying up a bag. There were a few other quirks about the house - the second bathroom you had to climb around the toilet to get into the shower. Just a note for the owners, it did seem like the kids of the neighborhood had access to the pool area and wanted to hang out at night in the hot tub. Overall, a wonderful stay. The entire Carlton Landing area is great! I may just reconsider staying here for a group of 6 or more.

We and several other families are already working on our next trip to Carlton Landing! We absolutely loved the Reba's Retreat with the extra bonus of our own heated pool and hot tub!!!! Our plan was to have no plan and this place made that happen! Also, we love the spa and Kylie was absolutely the best and so sweet with our girls as they got pampered too!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience with Reba's Retreat in Carlton Landing was overall a fun week of swimming and sunshine! I will say I wish communication via email was easier with LakeStay, anytime I had a question or concern leading up to the stay I had to call, even it was a small matter. Which is why I didn't bother contacting them to notify of some minor issues with the rental including a large stain on the entryway rug that was wet when we arrived like it had tried to be cleaned and the Keurig machine did not work properly. The loft was really cool and our kids loved it but the ladder leading up to it was very steep with narrow steps so I was a little nervous, if our 6 year old had been any younger I would not have felt comfortable putting him up there. It would have been nice to know that there IS a pack n play available in this property, I had rented one but we found one in the closet. I did speak to someone on the phone about this and let them know we found one and wouldn't need the rented one and hoped we could be refunded for that, but I have not seen if we were refunded for that or not. The pool was great, although a couple of the days we were there the water was very murky and about mid week it definitely needed vacuumed but it didn't appear the pool was cleaned the whole time we were there. Overall, great property and had fun swimming everyday, wish communication was a little easier and wish the pool had appeared cleaner!
