Very nice fairy new property, clean and tidy, close to shops, supermarket down road. Quick to respond to problems, the gas bottles were empty for cooking and the host arranged replacement within an hour. Was easy to adjust days for stay and check in and out time after our flights were changed. Would definitely stay in this house again.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spacious, beautifully presented, and had everything we could possibly need. The host was fantastic throughout the entire process, from booking to check-out, and made everything easy and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

Ample crockery etc for our 3 generation catch-up. Bench space was limited, but we managed as we prepared our main meal on the Saturday in relays . The pontoon was a huge hit with the younger ones, even caught a fish , saw a stingray, and a swan gliding around, the main highlight of their trip from NZ. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were adequate and the retreat was perfect for the 10yr old with coeliac to keep her food separate. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and very well equipped home. Suitable for our large group with two small kids. The pool is lovely and the canal in the back yard was a huge hit with the kids. Racquel was a lovely host and was incredibly accommodating.

Nicest house I've stayed in. Location is close to most of our activities at Surfer's. Back deck and view is gorgeous. Host is gracious, attentive and prompt, even with minor details. Would happily stay again.

Gorgeous family friendly property

After a disastrous first day at another Gold Coast house, we were so lucky to find this place. Raquel was very helpful and responsive, and check in was super easy.The kids loved the pool and the back deck and pier and access to the canal was wonderful. The rooms were clean and kitchen lovely and well appointed. Highly recommend for a big group or 2-3 families.

The host was welcoming. We did not have air conditioning in two of the bedrooms. A air con tech came out on the third day of our stay however the air con was still not working well. The cleaning in the house was not great and there was no liquid soap in the container in the main bathroom.

This place was amazing. The deck is huge with three different seating areas and a BBQ, all looking out over the lagoon which was absolutely beautiful. You can also see the city from the deck which was pretty awesome.The house itself has so much space. We had a group of 10 and never felt cramped — everyone could move around easily. The outside retreat area was perfect if you wanted a bit of quiet time away from everyone.The location was great too. Close to the city and different shopping centres, and only about 20 minutes from all the theme parks including Currumbin, and the airport if you fly into OOL.The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Having three bathrooms was perfect for a big group. Everything was spotless when we arrived — bathrooms stocked with shampoo etc, plenty of towels, and the grounds were really well maintained.But what really made the stay special was the owner. They were always just a quick message away and explained everything clearly, which made the whole place feel like home.Our family absolutely loved staying here. It’s a beautiful property and we had an awesome week. If we come back to the Gold Coast again, we’ll definitely try to book this house again.Thank you for such a great stay.

The way a property is left after check out says a lot. I know there was an issue with the smoke alarms which we have sorted. These things happen out of our control and we had someone out as soon as we could get them fixed.
