Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please leave the home in the condition it was given to you, meaning dishes washed and put away. Please remove the linens and put them in one pile by the locked door.

Quiet time is at 10 pm. Please do not block the neighbors' driveway with vehicles. No smoking is allowed in or out of the home due to the smell being carried. Throw all trash outside in the bins.

Make sure no trash is left in the yard. Friday is trash day, so put the trash can on the side of the road and make sure no cars are blocking or else they will not pick up the trash bin.lp0

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Leave the home in the condition it was given. Dishes washed and put away. Remove the linens; put them in one pile by the locked door downstairs.

The house was a great size and most things were well taken care of. The beds in the Master Bedroom were broke and very uncomfortable. Literally King bed was broke in middle. They only left 8 towels for a twelve person house so had to buy out own. Overall not a bad stay but would suggest adding washer and dryer as this is needed and part of the reason people stay in a Vrbo

It was a very nice and spacious house the arcade was a nice touch for the children also. However I was looking foward to using the fire pit until I asked for the propane to be refilled and when asking the host, they said it wasn't part of the stay and they don't provide that. It was a bit disappointing when I had seen pictures of other people using it and was looking forward to it. All in all we enjoyed our stay other than that one inconvenience :)

Best house to accompany your stay from the kitchen ! To the spacious backyard ! Me and my family of 7 enjoyed the stay and had a wonderful experience with the host ! She communicated fast and efficient whenever we needed her ! The gas lighting fireplace outdoors was over the top for the cool weather when we stayed ! Definitely will book again

Amazing property with large rooms, TVs in every room, clean bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs living rooms and a large private backyard patio. Tasha also had several water bottles in fridge available on arrival a couple other nice touches. 10/10 would rent again if I’m in the area

The home is large and spacious, perfect for large gatherings! We enjoyed the space, peace and comfort of this home upon returning after long days with family! Beautiful backyard! Extremely clean and well kept.

Awesome stay!! The photos did not do this home justice. It was perfect for our family. The host was very accommodating. Home was furnished well and filled with everything needed and then some for our stay. Would highly recommend.
