Quiet neighborhood, the people upstairs are quiet. The AC doesn’t work and no air coming out of the vent on the bedroom.

Ok for a place to sleep.

Bedroom had two double beds. One room had a futon mattress not that comfortable. Moved bed to fix sheet found dirt and dead bugs. Limited cutlery. Basement apartment looks tired and some things worn. Lots of hot water. Worked ok for a weekend place to sleep.
