We had a wonderful stay in August to get away just before the start of school!! The hosts were wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed the Cottage by the Sea. Great location, close to coffee shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Newport. Thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We have been vacationing in the Island Park area for years. The access to the water and walkable restaurants and attractions was great. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and there was plenty of space for the one day of poor weather to stay inside and do a puzzle.

Our stay at the cottage by the sea was absolutely lovely, the perfect accommodations for my family to relax in the mornings with spectacular views of the water as well as at night after a day spent out exploring Newport and surrounding areas. The cottage was well appointed for all our needs. Highly recommended!

Lovely property and location for a quiet get away weekend with close friends. Despite quiet area property close and walking distance to restaurant/liquor store/coffee/breakfast place. View of water sitting on front porch favorite sitting area early in morning. Highly recommend and would love to return. Very clean, well stocked and lots of attention to detail.

This lovely cottage is a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The cottage is very clean and very charming with many amenities and treats! There was some confusion between the mgmt company and the owner regarding linen rental but overall a fantastic experience. We have already booked for next summer. Ty Anu & Kathy!!

One a little gem!!! Off the beaten path with water views! Close enough to walk to restaurants and a short drive to Newport!! It was a great base and beaches were walkable too!! The place was clean and decorated so tastefully!! Just felt homey and I loved the swings in the front that overlooked the water so peaceful!! The host was great and communicated well easy check in ! Will so return!
