Great stay and great communication from the host. Allowed us to book last minute after our previous booking through VRBO was not as advertised. Very modern and clean

So happy it all worked out! Last-minute bookings can be stressful, especially when another place doesn't live up to expectations, so we're really glad we could step in and make it a great trip. Keeping the place clean and up-to-date is something we genuinely care about, so it's awesome to hear that came through. If you're ever looking for a getaway spot again, we'd love to have you back! - Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team

Weekend Ski Trip

Location is great and being in the main building gave us access to the amenities plus restaurant and ski shop. Easy walk to snowshed lift. Personally the bed was too soft but that is a personal preference. Overall great stay.

Everything was great, I would have appreciated if the sofa bed had already been made up as we said we would be 3 people. We also had no water on the day of check out.
Stayed 2 nights in Mar 2026
Response from VrboOwner on 12 Mar, 2026
Thanks, Jennifer. We leave fresh sheets in the closet for the sofa bed since not every guest uses it, and we always make sure they’re freshly laundered. If you’d like the sofa bed made up before arrival, just let us know and we’ll have it ready. I’m sorry about the last morning. We had a power outage in town that affected the pump and caused the water issue on checkout day. Thanks for the feedback and we hope to welcome you back. Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team

Stayed in this building before. Owner did a great job renovating. As listed, construction on the roof was going on and the balcony was unable to be used which was a bummer. Views were excellent. Overall building is well outdated and thin doors to the hallway, but this location being on a corner was way quieter than the other spot we stayed. Walking distance to the ski resort

Thanks for the review. Glad you enjoyed the renovated studio, the views, and the quieter corner location within the building. The roof construction is summer work only and balconies will be back open once it wraps up. Being walking distance to the resort makes this a great spot for a Killington trip. Hope to host you again. - Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team
