Everything about this experience was top-notch. From booking the property, to prompt responses to questions, to simple check-in, to an extremely well stocked and maintained rental, to an easy-checkout...everything was excellent.Kacey is a tremendous host. The listing for the property says 1 bedroom, which it technically is, but felt so spacious; even for us and our three small children.While connected to the larger house, the rental felt secluded and part of its own space.We'll definitely be coming back to stay here again!

Worst problem, flies! I battled & killed flies for the first 90 mins after walking in the door. They were constantly buzzing me. I have photo showing 6 live flies on the coffee table AFTER I already killed 15 swatting them w/ a towel. I stopped counting after killing 20 the 1st day. 2nd day I still had several to track down. Absolutely repulsive!2nd big problem: no part of the ad informed me the casita entrance was an 85 yard walk to the door, from the driveway, AND 100% across grass! Uneven walking thru beat down clumped up grass. And coming & leaving in the dark WITHOUT ANY LIGHTING as one walks that 85 yards across uneven ground. Ridiculous! Thankfully it didn’t rain during my stay … or snow!Disgusting stain or spill inside the refrigerator! I have photo. It looked like very old curdled milk, 10”x3” on the glass shelf. Clean the darn fridge!After initially messaging the contact about flies etc, the response was that I could go find someplace else & get refund! Insulting!!!Missing light bulbs both bedroom sconces. I like to read in bed, & both sconces had no lightbulbs.AC didn’t cool on Friday, the only day it was hot outside & needed. The other two days it was cold outside, thankfully. Friday, the temperature would not go below 74 altho I set thermostat @70. Very little flow of only cool air. The ad says the unit includes a fireplace. There’s no fireplace. The ad shows a different laundry room than this unit had. Not a major issue. Just false i
