Welcome to your perfect coastal escape—just a 9-minute stroll to Scarborough Beach and The Esplanade! This charming single-level home blends timeless character with modern comforts, ideal for families, small groups, or business travellers. Enjoy family-friendly features with unbeatable access to The Esplanade’s highlights, including the iconic Whale Playground, the geothermally heated Scarborough Beach Pool (kept at 27°C), and the lively Skate Park. While we take every preventative measure to minimise their presence – including regular spring cleaning, pest control treatments, and secure food storage – their occasional appearance is something we cannot fully control and they may surface during your stay. If this occurs please feel free to use the bug spray in the kitchen or reach out and we'll happily assist to rectify this where we can.
**Please note a security deposit along with a signed renters agreement will be required for all bookings**
