Nice appartment in nice environment with nice view

The owner was very kind to us and the appartment was clean and well equipped. The view while eating on the terace over Nice was so good.

Beautiful place, nice owner, quiet dog!

Everything was great, the only thing I would add is a few cooking utensils, a toaster, a boiler, salt, pepper, olive oil to help with the cooking! The owner is very available to help with navigation, transportation, local stores. Beautiful view from the balcony! Loved it!

Logement en bordure de route avec une belle terrasse mais assez bruyante avec le passage de nombreux véhicules surtout aux heures de pointes. Il faut monter une dizaine de marches pour accéder à la terrasse depuis le logement. Logement situé sur les hauteurs de Saint André de la roche, compter 10 minutes de voiture sur une route sinueuse pour accéder au supermarché et aux axes principaux. Nous avons pu nous garer facilement à proximité du logement. Attention, il n'y a pas de salon et le frigo est petit. Il serait souhaitable de mettre un rideau sur la porte vitrée qui sépare la cuisine et la salle de bain. Porte du four qui ferme mal et plaque de cuisson avec des chiffres indiquant le niveau de température qui ne sont pas lisible.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf's Meer und tollem Frühstück!

Ich war mit meinen beiden fast erwachsenen Söhnen für ein paar Tage an der Cote d'Azur und auf der Suche nach einer günstigen Ferienwohnung. Bei Josiane waren wir sehr gut aufgehoben. Zwei sehr saubere Zimmer mit sehr großem behindertengerechten Bad und kleiner Küche. Es gibt eine große Terrasse, auf der man frühstücken kann. Wir hatten das Frühstück bei Josiane bestellt und was sie jeden Tag zubereitet hat war sehr lecker (toller Obstsalat, selbstgebackener Kuchen, Omlett, Baguette, Käse, Wurst...)! Ab der Ferienwohnung kann man alle schönen Orte der Küste gut mir dem Auto erreichen. Bis zur Tram nach Nizza sind es gut 10 Minuten; an der Haltestelle gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Einziger Nachteil: wenn morgens alle Anwohner zur Arbeit fahren, ist es bei offenem Fenster etwas laut. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Parken kann man 30 Meter vor dem Haus in einer Parkbucht seitlich an der Straße.

Tolle Aussicht

Wir waren von der Lage und Aussicht begeistert. Alles war so, wie beschrieben. Die Busverbindung haben wir nicht ausprobiert, mit dem Auto waren es aber nur 10 Minuten, mit ein paar Serpentinen, bis zur Altstadt von Nizza. Die Vermieterin Josiane war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns mit einem Willkommensgeschenk überrascht. Insgesamt zu empfehlen.

Schöne Lage, praktische Wohnung

Super toll in den Hügeln gelegen. Einerseits ruhig, andererseits viel Möglichkeiten zum Wandern. Bus vor der Haustür, mit dem Auto aber praktischer und unabhängiger. Sehr nette und sympathische Vermieterin.

Wunderbare, ruhige Lage und nette Wirtin!

Wir waren zu dritt in Nice und konnten den Stadttrubel leicht über die Bushaltestelle neben dem Haus erreichen. Der Blick aus dem Garten beim Essen auf das Meer und den Flughafen ist großartig. Die Wirtin ist wirklich herzlich und ging auf unsere Wünsche ein. Dazu ein hervorragendes Frühstück!
