True to the motto: WHY LIVING BAD LESS THAN AT HOME, we rent a first-class semi-detached house in one of the most beautiful locations in Borkum on Greune-Stee-Weg on the south beach.
The house is lovingly furnished and offers 6 people 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living / dining area with an attached, open kitchen (of course with dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer). A washing machine and dryer are available in the separate utility room.
All modern consumer electronics devices, such as. For example: flat screen TV in all rooms, DVD player, stereo system, landline phone and W-LAN are available. It can also be used to bridge a rainy day.
A beautiful terrace is ideal for barbecues and relaxing hours for the whole family.
Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. If you want, you can use one of the six bicycles available.

Low-stimulus environment for allergy sufferers, so Borkum and our house are the ideal place to relax and recharge!

Wir haben die großzügige Unterkunft sehr genossen. Alles ist hell und freundlich, die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir hatten mehr als genügend Handtücher, wir sind zufrieden mit unserer Wahl der Unterkunft.

Super schöne Lage. Der Garten mit schattenspendenden Bäumen/Sträuchern oder die sonnige Terrasse mit Grill und Strandkorb luden zum draußen sein ein. Hauseigene Fahrräder ermöglichten unkomplizierte Ausflüge. Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch alle anderen Räume/Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Es war für uns eine sehr perfekte Woche. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer zielführend und klar.

Top-Lage aber leider nicht Top-Sauber

Positiv: Die Lage der DHH an der Greune Stee ist bekanntermaßen top. Es ist dort sehr ruhig, ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Nicht gut: die DHH war beim Einzug zwar halbwegs gereinigt, aber nicht wirklich sauber. Wir haben direkt einen fleckigen Bettbezug tauschen lassen, aber den Rest entweder selbst gereinigt bzw. versucht, so gut wie möglich zu ignorieren. Keine Ahnung, wie man als Reinigungspersonal jede Woche die Unmengen an toten Insekten im Badezimmerspiegel "übersehen" kann. Die vielen Krümel im Essbereich und Küche (inkl. in der Besteckschublade) waren wahrscheiinlich "frischer" aber das macht es auch nicht besser. Eine vernünftige Reinigung hätte sicher noch mal einen ganzen Tag gedauert, aber ich hatte keine Lust meinen Urlaub mit der Beaufsichtigung von Reinigungspersonal zu verbringen und habe deshalb darauf verzichtet, den Zustand umgehend zu melden. Warum man bei der Einrichtung der Räume nicht darauf achtet, dass man alle Türen vollständig und nicht nur zu 3/4 öffnen kann, verstehe ich auch nicht. Die Ausstattung der DHH ist grundsätzlich ausreichend aber zum Teil doch schon etwas überholt. Vor allem die innen rostige Spülmaschine sticht da negativ hervor. Zum Glück hatten wir die ganze Woche tolles Wetter!

Schönes gute ausgestattetes Haus

Schönes und großes Haus mit einem netten Vorgarten und seitlicher Terrasse. Man kann sich im Vorgarten auf Liegen sonnen, da der Garten durch eine Hecke nicht wirklich einsehbar ist. Das Haus selbst ist gut und reichlich ausgestattet. Einziger Kritikpunkt waren die Fahrräder. Von 6 Fahrrädern hatte 1 Fahrrad eine Platten, bei einem anderen sprang immer die Kette herunter, beim nächsten funktionierte die Schaltung nicht und die Beleuchtung funktionierte zu 40% aller Lampen am Rad. Trotzdem ein tolles Haus mit toller Lage direkt am Dünengürtel.

Schöner Aufenthalt!

Gute ruhige Lage, Wohn-Essraumeinrichtung teils schlecht zu händeln: schwere Stühle, Schranktüren schwer zu öffnen. Küchenausstattung vielfältig; leider Messer sehr stumpf. Ansonsten Schlafräume, Betten und weitere Ausstattung gut. Ein Grundriss der Geschosse wäre im Inserat hilfreich.

Unsere Familie - bestehend aus meinem Mann, unseren beiden erwachsenen Kindern und mir -hat den Urlaub in Ihrem Haus wieder sehr genossen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, besonders die vorhandenen Fahrräder haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne ruhige Lage und Ausstattung

Wir haben eine Woche genossen in der tollen Doppelhaushälfte. Wirklich gut fanden wir, dass alles da war - von Handtüchern bis Handwaschseife und die qualitativ hochwertige Ausstattung (Betten, Küche etc.) sowie der nette Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Danke. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lage perfekt

Liebe Vermieterin, Das Haus hat eine Toplage! Ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der ausgeschriebene Grill ( Elektro ) hat mehrfach Stromausfälle ausgelöst, was die Urlaubsfreuden zu Beginn gemindert hat, da man sie leider nicht erreichen konnte. Vermutlich weil es zum Deutschlandspiel passiert ist ;-) Gut, dass wir dank des Internets das Problem doch noch selber klären konnten. Ebenso ist der Hausmeister zwar sehr bemüht und sehr nett, die vielen Besuche jedoch auch nicht ganz optimal gelöst. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut, außer das die Vormieter wohl eine Schlafbrille vergessen hatten 😂 das war amüsant. Wir brauchten sie nicht. Wir hatten als Familie eine ganz tolle Woche auf Borkum und ihr Haus war perfekt. Lediglich der Tischgrill sollte erneuert werden. Ganz ganz vielen Dank für diese traumhafte Woche! Liebe Grüße

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren letzte Woche auf Borkum und haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Haus war top. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Zimmer waren sauber und super ausgestattet. Ebenso die Küche. Es war alles vorhanden. Wir sind mit 2 Familien verreist mit Kindern. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir das nächste mal auf Borkum sind.

Wir haben uns in diesem ansprechenden Haus wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist sehr schön, etwas abseits des Trubels und absolut ruhig.
