Once complete payment has been received, you are then required to submit copy of drivers licence and copy of your credit card. Access code to property is not given until copies are received. If you’re happy with this company’s policy, then go ahead. I was not. Property is a great location in Scott’s Head. Minimal amenities for the amount paid for the property. Lacking basics.
