Stunning view, excellent accommodation, beds so comfortable and the master bedroom en-suite was gorgeous. Oven was easy to use and dish washer made life easier for enjoying the great stunning area of Tekapo

Lake Tekapo house

We enjoyed our stay in Lake Tekapo! The house was in a great location to walk to restaurants and stores and close to walking paths and the picturesque old church. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay. The hot tub and BBQ were nice to use as well!

Property was warm and clean with everything you need. We had a small issue one day and the team had it sorted in half an hour. Easy to deal with, close to everything. The property is very sunny which was great for a mid winter stay. Spa pool was a fabulous way to end each day. Spacious property very enjoyable stay.

Our family had a poor experience at this property. There were several safety issues (a low smoke detector battery that managment should have noticed and addressed before occupancy, and an electrical switch sparked when engaged (!)), the whole unit needs a deep clean, and there is a fair amount of road noise from the nearby main road. Management's communications were either repetitive or conflicting, and they asked us to check out 2 hours early at 9 AM for their convenience. This rental is not worth the price paid and we would not stay there again. Very disappointing.

Great location but very hard to seek check in instructions from host for International travellers with NO internet data whilst travelling and at check in. Disappointing the numerous lack of instructions on how to use Spa, Microwave, Elevator, Floor heating temperature adjustment and fire place operation as these links were unavailable online. We found it difficult to use these facilities. Little or no instructions on above items listed in the premises. Also staff kept parking in our allotted park space for them using the laundry which we had to repeatedly ask to move their car. Nice unit but not value for money.
