My stay was not ideal because of some maintenance issues. The heating was often turned off, which made the rooms very cold and uncomfortable, especially at night. Also, the kitchen sink was leaking from underneath, which caused inconvenience and made the kitchen area difficult to use. These problems affected my overall experience, and I hope they can be fixed for future guests.
The house itself is beautiful and in a lovely area, with a great bathroom mirror and overall nice space. However, our stay was disappointing in several ways. The beds were uncomfortable, and there was a lot of noise from people moving around upstairs—insulation between floors is poor, and it made sleeping difficult. While the host requested quiet downstairs, the same courtesy wasn’t extended from upstairs. Some repairs were done poorly, including drywall and a towel rack. The kitchen lacked an oven or stove, and the bedroom windows weren’t adequate for emergency exits. After staying in many VRBOs, this was unfortunately our least enjoyable experience.

With out informing owner in advance , Jason brought aprox more then 16 feet commercial truck and parked on private driveway, owner told him he should have informed him in advance so he could have not accept his booking but owner allowed one time as a courtesy but he brought the truck back again -owner charged him for extra parking space - that's what we can see frustration in his comments
You could hear every sound upstairs and it’s difficult to sleep when someone is walking or moving chairs or showering at like midnight. The one entrance in and out is concerning in case of emergency the only window that seemed to open was a decent height up to exit. The communication with the host was great and they were quick to respond. My friend wished the place had its own thermostat because it would get pretty hot down there. The rules made it seem like it wasn’t a vacation…and that we were kind of impeding on someone else’s space. Rule examples were the: taking shoes off before going to the place, no alcohol, not to be to loud….we started to try and come back later in the night and stay as quiet as possible. The check out to do list wasn’t on vrbo so we didn’t really know what to do with the trash we did tie it up and leave it by the garbage can and did the dishes but didn’t know where to put the towels or bed sheetsI probably wouldn’t stay here again if i was visiting.
