We take great pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all our guests, I have full confidence in our cleaning procedures and I can assure you that the property is thoroughly cleaned before and after each stay. Again, I’m a bit surprised by your comments, as had you noticed anything specific, I would have appreciated the chance to address it during your stay. And with no communication from you we had no reason to suspect that what we were offering did not meet your standards.
