Our Son stayed for a month and felt right at home. Rental is situated in a newer quiet residential area with great walking paths nearby. Unit is spacious and very clean. Perfect if you have a vehicle with a dedicated parking spot. Would definitely stay again!

Didn't have access to gmail on my phone while on holiday and so was unable to communicate with my host during my stay.But there was no reason to contact the host because everything was fine, as advertised. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the unit & the quality of the towels, bedding, cookware, coffee machine, kettle, cookware, stove, fridge, which were all new. The little extras such as coffee & tea supplies were nice too.The unit is located in a nice, quiet residential area, near to the Mill Creek Nature Trails where you can picnic near a waterfall and a look out.This rental was a very nice home away from home and I would book it again next time we're in Moncton.

Great stay..apartment was spotless ,comfortable and very very new.. free fast wi-fi was well used by us … Etse (our host) was easy to reach and responded quickly to our messages,,,, thank you Etsy .. we would definitely rent from you again

Cette propreté était propre, oui!! Mais elle était dans un quartier en total construction. Nous nous aurions cru sur un chantier de construction dès que nous nous avons stationner dans l’entrée. Très difficile pour ma mère d’avoir même accès à la maison puisque pas de marche pour rentrer dans la suite. Je devais l’aider à chaque fois pour monter dans l’entrée de la maison. De plus, il n’est inscrit nul part que ces dans le sous-sol d’une maison. Nous avons été vraiment déçu. De plus, lorsque j’ai réservé cette endroit, ça disait très bien qu’on pouvait être 3 personne. Et bien Ils m’ont envoyer une facture de plus le lendemain pour cela. Très ordinaire. Donc voilà, pour nous, c’est un gros 0 comme expérience.
