It is a Penthouse, very comfortable with a very good location and very fast to get to the Penthouse from the road. The subdivision is new, the preserve has a very nice pool, as well as a palapa and toilets in the palapa. It also has green areas both inside the preserve and outside, as well as an area for walking outside the preserve, in the center of the entrance it has a very large tree that gives a beautiful view of the place.

Es un Penthouse, muy cómodo con una ubicación muy buena y muy rápida para poder llegar al Penthouse desde la carretera. El fraccionamiento es nuevo, el coto cuenta con una alberca muy bonita, así como una palapa y baños en la palapa. Así mismo cuenta con áreas verdes tanto dentro del coto como afuera, así como una área para caminar afuera del coto, en el centro de la entrada cuenta con un árbol muy grande que le da una vista preciosa al lugar.
