The granny flat features a full kitchen, private bathroom, lounge room and bedroom combined.
It has everything you need for a short or long trip.
Free parking is a stress-free and comfortable experience.
Being a pet-friendly listing, it has a fully fenced yard. (Please be mindful to clean your dog poo before checking out.) pet fee $50 per trip to cover extra cleaning due to pet hair, pet smell (disinfectant) The granny flat side of the property - carport at the front on Clewitt Street side.

Disgusting, misleading listing
It should not be listed as boutique accommodation.Spiders, spider webs, cockroaches, dishcloth was filthy, bathroom door couldn’t close, corner cupboard door wouldn’t stay closed, mould, filthy blinds. I have photos to support my claim
