We offer a beautiful private apartment that features 10ft tall ceilings & radiant heated floors. A renovated 1000 square foot lower floor in a quiet Edwardian home. This lower floor feels like you are on the main floor. Located in the heart of Little Italy on Palmerston Boulevard, one of Toronto's best neighbourhoods. We are walking distance to nearly everything - great restaurants, downtown Toronto, the Annex, University of Toronto, the AGO, the ROM, Kensington Market, public transit and more.

The space
You will have the entire lower floor with a private entrance, gourmet and fully equipped kitchen, marble 3 piece bathroom with fluffy Turkish towels, large washer/dryer, Italian leather couches, excellent quality mattress with fine linens, free parking, high speed internet, 45" flat screen TV (with a large amount of stations…) and many luxurious touches throughout. We take pride in keeping the apartment spotless and making sure your stay is comfortable and positive.

This VRBO exceeded our expectations! Adilia is a very pleasant and responsive host who obviously takes great pride in her property. The place is well equipped and beautifully furnished - extremely comfortable bed and everything was spotlessly cleaned. Palmerston Blvd is a quiet, beautiful street and a short walk to Frescho, Winners, restaurants, streetcars, buses etc. The parking spot near the house was a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back again.
