This is one of our most favorite and popular places to stay.It’s the second year in a row we have been there and we will return.The house is so warm and welcoming, very well appointed and set out.There is truly nothing more we could ask for and the gift basket is such a lovely touch.This is the ideal home to stay in especially for us being there two weeks.Thank you Chantelle for sharing such a beautiful space.

Our experience generally very good. Beds, lighting, air con all good. Two bathrooms good. Property was very suitable for our two dogs to stay with us, well fenced.One complaint that we had was that we could not get the stove top to work at all!!Tried every possible sequence of pushing buttons...no joy at all. All very frustrating. There was a "lock" diagram on the Cooktop, but no idea what for. A set of instructions would have been great!! And I could not contact the host via the Stayz pages for advice, also frustrating.

Thank you for the review Anne. I am sorry that you couldn’t get the stove top to work. There is a safety switch on the wall, which was turned off. I don’t understand why you couldn’t not contact me through the app? Or via my phone number. I did offer you compensation for your frustrating stay. It is very disappointing to is that you left unhappy, this is not the experience we wish for our guests.

Generally, very good. To improve, it will be good to provide instruction on how to deal with rubbish bins. Also, there is problem to communicate with host as this is a non-wotif property and host message to me through the managing agent (website) is lost. I have to contact the host direct to found out they actually gave me messages.
