Wir haben nur das EG und den schönen Garten genutzt und uns gefreut, dass wir so viel Platz haben. Die ruhige Lage ist sehr angenehm. Wir mochten den Charme des alten Hauses.

Points positifs : Communication rapide avec le gérant, l'espace suffisant pour 4 personnes, le calme du quartier et la jolie vue depuis la chambre parentale, la jolie chambre parentale, la souplesse du gérant quant aux horaires d'accès les jours d"arrivée et de départ.Points négatifs :À notre arrivée, un container à poubelle est plein et déborde littéralement ! Maison et décoration à rafraîchir, BZ canapé du salon inconfortable, Réfrigérateur de la cuisine bon à remplacer (heureusement qu'il y en a un autre dans la buanderie), le réseau Wi-Fi trop faible pour une bonne connexion, Literies du RDC et de la chambre parentale, à remplacer sans attendre...sans oublier les oreillers d'une autre époque ! Nous avons acheté des oreillers que nous avons laissé sur place. Douche et lavabo de la chambre parentale étaient bouchés à notre arrivée. Enfin, il est stipulé qu'il y a une réserve de papier toilette que nous n'avons jamais trouvé...certainement bien cachée.

Une maison de famille simple

Une vraie maison de famille dont on voit bien qu'elle est aussi utilisée par les propriétaires. Ça lui donne un côté accueillant.Le niveau de confort est simple mais il y a tout : la cuisine est équipée de façon complète mais tout date un peu (électroménager compris) ; il y a du mobilier de jardin ; une buanderie bien pratique avec un second frigo ; il manque un vrai congélateur ; un coin salon avec un BZ et des fauteuils de confort simple ; la literie et les oreillers sont à changer.C'est un coin qui semble très sûr : le portail est resté ouvert et nous n'avons jamais attaché les vélos dans le jardin.Petite remarque pour les cyclistes : beaucoup de relief dans le secteur

Super semaine en famille

Petite maison à 10 min à pied du bourg de Morgat et de sa plage, 15 min du centre nautique pour les stages des enfants, sentier côtier superbe à 5 minutes de la maison et sillonage de la presqu’île en voiture très facile, vers le cap chèvre et les superbes plages. Seul regret : trop peu d’offre de restauration au mois d’août. Tout était complet en permanence

Très bon sejour.

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, avec charmant jardin. Elle est idéalement située. A proximité du centre de Morgat, de sentiers de randos et d’autres activités. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Superbe maison de bord de mer à morgat

La maison est très bien située , équipée et aménagée. La face sud de la maison non visible sur les photos donne sur une terrasse avec jardin très agréable et un appenti en pierre typique de Crozon. Éric qui nous accueilli a été de bon conseil et surtout tres disponible. Gros plus pour la location.

Maison sympathique à rafraîchir

Assez bien placée cette propriété agréable grâce à un bel espace de jardin et un environnement calme et sa proximité de la plage et des sentiers, mériterait un petit coup de ménage sérieux . Quelques ustensiles de cuisine manquent aussi. Dommage un très beau potentiel.
