You can enjoy these amazing views from the outdoor patio or from the sunroom and hopefully you see the dolphins swimming by. Enjoy the local fishing, wineries, 4 wheel driving beach walks.
The house in on bore water and internet can be limited (hot spotting is recommended)
Parking is in back yard or on King drive roadside ONLY
All communication is through the app.
We will leave you to your own device unless you have an emergency and need us to visit.

Our neighbors are friendly locals who will be happy to chat and share local knowledge

The house was perfect for us, had everything we needed, clean and in good condition. The property manager and owners were friendly and helpful when we needed them.Location is amazing- complete beachfront and miles and miles of beach to wander in peace.

Lovely views over the ocean, family friendly with plenty of space for kids to play, quiet, friendly community, host was available to deal with any concerns, the house was clean and fresh and well set up, would love to come back. Some considerations: air conditioning is only in main living area so bedrooms can get cold in winter, the water taste isn't the greatest (we're used to rainwater) so recommend bringing drinking water.
