This is our family's beach house, and we hope it brings you as much happiness as it has brought us! Spacious house with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 3 living and dining rooms, kitchen with barbecue and wood-burning stove. Located 400m from the beach in an area with all the amenities you need to gather your family and enjoy yourselves! It's divided into a main house and an outbuilding, with a remote-controlled entrance gate, covered garage for 3 cars and uncovered parking for 5 or 6 additional cars. We use solar energy for water heating in the bathrooms and kitchen, and we use rainwater for toilet flushing and outdoor taps. The house has Wi-Fi internet and an alarm system. The main house has a living and dining room with a fireplace, a powder room, and 1 suite with a double bed, workspace, and air conditioning on the ground floor. There is also a kitchen with an induction cooktop, barbecue, wood-burning stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, and is prepared to accommodate up to [number of guests]. Sleeps 23 people. On the second floor there is a cosy living room with a fireplace, a guest bathroom, a balcony, 1 suite with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. All bedrooms and suites have air conditioning. The second house has on the ground floor 3 covered garages, a full bathroom, a laundry room and a bedroom with a double bed (no air conditioning). On the second floor there is a living and dining room, a kitchen with a 4-burner gas stove and refrigerator, a suite with a double bed and a bunk bed, air conditioning and a balcony.
