Ao lado da linha do trem

Positivo: Limpo e amplo, cozinha tem o básico (faltam uma frigideira decente e um micro-ondas pra ficar ideal). Há um mercado a 5 minutos andando. Negagivo: Travesseiros péssimos, cama firme demais.Os quartos ficam virados pra linha do trem, que passa entre 5:30h e 23:30h no mínimo a cada 10 minutos. O sono fica muito prejudicado pelos fatores acima.A região inspira insegurança para circular a pé (como todo o grande Centro de BH).Não há elevador no prédio e há 3 andares para subir. Não foi problema para nós, porém é relevante registrar.
