Rated 3*, the residence is ideally located at the foot of the slopes and ski lifts of Les Orres 1800 resort. You can take advantage of its shared relaxation area: swimming pool, jacuzzi, hammam and sauna!
This 10-person flat has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay with family or friends: living room, fully-equipped kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, one shower room and one bathroom, two balconies.

The duplex :
Located on the 3rd floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A living-dining room with a pull-out sofa (sleeps 2), a TV and a large reception table that can accommodate up to 10 people.
- A kitchenette, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, raclette set, filter and senseo coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1: bunk bed (sleeps 2) and storage space.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin, towel rail, hairdryer and WC.

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed and storage space.
- Bedroom 3: double bed that can be split into two single beds
- Sleeping area with bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and drying rack.
- Separate WC.

Outside:
- A large balcony accessible from the living area and a second balcony, accessible from the bedroom, both with outdoor furniture.

Shared areas:
- A heated swimming pool and jacuzzi are at your disposal (opening in accordance with the resort's opening dates).
- Sauna and hammam for a fee
Summer season: 20 June to 30 August
Winter season: 20 December to 18 April
Opening dates and times are non-contractual and subject to change by the resort.

- Le Kiowah riding centre 900 m away (13 minutes on foot)
- Jungle Aventure activity park 1.2 km away (15 minutes on foot)
- Start of the Elie Meyssirel hiking trail 1.6 km away (18 minutes on foot)

- The opening dates of the swimming pool are the same as those of the resort.
- Additional services available at extra cost in the residence: car park, sauna, steam room.
- A ski room is available free of charge on the 5th floor of the residence (box in the last row at the back, on the left).
- Bed linen and towels are not provided. They can be hired in the resort.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- Pets accepted on request, extra charge: €10/night
