It is a very cute and cozy house. The view of the water was beautiful and we even collected some wood to Have a fire on the patio in the fireplace. Pretty secluded so make sure you get food to cook before you start your trip to the property there is not a lot of anything close by.

Decent Trip
Overall nothing too impressive or bad. Though had to clean up multiple dead bugs inside upon arrival.
It’s right on the Lake and there’s a boat ramp right next to the property. It was the perfect size for us and had all we needed. We suggest you get your supplies on the way out! It’s a drive to anywhere. We were there for Mammoth National Park, it’s a shorter drive if the ferry is open. We couldn’t figure out the tv’s though, and the outside of the property is a bit of a mess, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great family weekend
Our large family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house(s) had plenty of areas for us all to gather plus the privacy of bedrooms for all. The house had everything we needed, the host was very helpful with text reminders before our stay as well as helpful tips for visiting the area. We encountered 1 problem with a door entry code but the host immediately responded and we were able to get in quickly. We have always loved coming to Nolin Lake and this house was perfectly situated for our visit. Great view of the night sky from the dock shared by the houses on the street. Peaceful and quiet location. Lake views from the house are better in the off season but a short walk down to the dock and you’re on the water in a quiet inlet where we floated the day away. I’d like to come back in the fall or winter for the foliage or solitude.

Overall this apartment is cute, however we were very disappointed in the screened in deck/porch. I realize this is pollen season, however the porch was very dirty and very covered in pollen. The only table to eat on is on that porch and it was totally covered in pollen. I had to clean it myself to have a clean space to eat.As this is the only place to eat, this area should have been cleaned before we arrived. The floor of that area was also completely covered in pollen, and spider webs in corners. I did not schedule a getaway so that I could clean when I got there. Also, since the weather overall was cool and rainy (the storm that came blew in through the screens getting the chairs and cushions wet) we could not eat out there during or after the storm.I would suggest that some tray tables in the house would be a good idea so that when you cannot eat on the porch, there is something to put your meal on as you eat.In any case, the complete pollen cover of the dining table, porch tables and porch floor should have been cleaned before we arrived. Regardless of pollen, that area should be clean when guests arrive. My husband also found a complete hodgpodge of wires with the TV and whatever kind of stereo/radio/DVD system was there, so that it was crazy to figure how to tune stations on the radio, etc. We did use the TV.Is there not some booklets/instructions for this equipment? We found it too difficult to maneuver down the hill, and through the wooded area to fish.
