Here you can enjoy your vacation in a newly built and furnished apartment. In addition to a 40 sqm large sun terrace with views of the adjacent park, you can look forward to a 130 square meter apartment. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the apartment offers ample space for up to max. 10 people.

Directly opposite the apartment is the Nordic walking and cross-country skiing center, also lies adjacent to a park with playground and fitness equipment. The ideal location, hiking, Nordic walking, biking and cross country skiing are directly from our house.

On site catering with good hearty meals. Food and household goods for daily needs, they can buy in the village shop within walking distance,.

Our apartment is an ideal starting point for all relaxation-seeking vacationers.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders der große Esstisch und die modernen Bäder haben uns gefallen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage direkt an den Wanderwegen ist perfekt für Ausflüge in die Natur. Rundum empfehlenswert!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es war alles da was man für den Aufenthalt benötigte. Der Zugang zum obersten Schlafzimmer ist nur über eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe möglich. Wenn Bettwäsche selbst mitgebracht wird benötigt man ein Laken für Betten 2x2 m.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit großem Balkon. Für 6 Personen war es prima. Es hätten etwas mehr Gläser vorhanden sein können und eine große Salatschüssel haben wir vermisst. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Das Gebiet ist zum wandern hervorragend.

Tolles Familienwochenende

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderbar. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit bei Familie Burmann. Besonders unser kleinen Tochter hat der Spielplatz direkt vor dem Haus besonders gut gefallen. Auch der angrenzende Park mit Fitnessstation, Spielplatz & See war wunderbar. Das Haus liegt keine 10 Minuten vom Kahlen Asten entfernt und war somit perfekt für eine Wanderung.

Wir können nichts negatives über die wunderschöne und modern eingerichtete Wohnung sagen. Wir hatten mit 10 Personen mehr als genug Platz. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Toller Wochenendaufenthalt

Es war ein toller Wochenendaufenthalt. Wir waren in dem Haus mit 3 Familien (3xPaar mit 6 jährigen Kind). Uns hat das Haus sehr gefallen. Schöne große Räume. Bequeme Betten, tolle Bäder, schön eingerichtet, große Terrasse und alles sauber. Spielplatz und Park direkt vor der Tür. Nette Vermieterin. Wir hatten nur einen Kritikpunkt, in der Küchenausstattung fehlten ein paar Sachen ( wie ausreichend Geschirr, Weinöffner usw…), aber auf Anfrage wurde uns direkt damit ausgeholfen. Also wir buchen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage für Kinder

Wir haben uns mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kleinkindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine tolle große Wohnung! Der Balkon lädt zum grillen und draußen sitzen ein. Die Badezimmer sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (bis auf fehlender Messbecher & Auflaufform ;) ). Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich! Leider sind die Betten sehr weich. Ansonsten aber top!! Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr sauber und schön gelegen

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und super sauber. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, bis darauf, dass Seife, Geschirrtuch, Spültabs und Lappen gefehlt haben. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super zum Wandern, Radfahren oder Wintersport. Der Spielplatz und Fußballplatz ist gleich um die Ecke. Schmallenberg und Winterberg sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne und saubere in einer ruhigen Lage gelegene Wohnung. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Für uns waren die Matratzen zu weich.
