Property and location were perfect! Theo meet us at the property and walked us through the house, even surprised us with some groceries. Communication was great. Sunset views from the upper balcony were spectacular. Can’t wait to come back!

Theo is a wonderful host and great person! He met us there and gave a complete tour of the property. The home is spacious and beautifully furnished. There are tons of linens and beach supplies available. We did have call for a safe combination and Theo was immediately available and save the day. Sooooo many room! Would definitely rent from him again!!!!
