Never saw or spoke w anyone associated w the property - but all was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. All aspects of the lodge were spotless and well arranged. Wonderful, quiet spot nestled in the forest. Would definitely stay there again.

As we were planning on visiting Rialto Beach, this was a very convenient location to overnight. It's in between Forks and Rialto (about 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes to town). The room was clean and and cutely decorated. The internet works, but really just good enough to check email. Don't think you can stream a movie in your room. I couldn't even load a picture to FB. It was quiet and a nice little get-away.

It has a rustic charm. The great hall was lovely and had many interesting items to look at. We enjoyed drinking our coffee on the deck outside our room, and meeting the resident ducks and chickens, as well. We hope to be back someday!

It's a tired, small room in a modest, dated lodge that is over priced for the value. Our room had a bed, round table w/ 2 chairs, another chair in the corner, a dorm room refrigerator & microwave. The bathroom has a tiny shower, sink & toilet. It's crowded with 2 people and 2 suitcases. The door to the deck had damaged blinds that let the light in from the all night deck light. The screen on the only window did not seal the window from bugs - there were paper napkins stuffed between the window sill and the screen. We asked for a toaster at 9:30PM the night we arrived, heard from the host at 9:00AM the next morning with a promise to have housekeeping deliver it. We left after 10AM w/o a toaster however it was waiting for us when we arrived that evening. If you want to cook meals there is not access to a stove or oven or toaster oven. The description was not misleading, but...

Nice bit of rainforest. The lodge is reasonably designed but aging and is throwback to earlier days. and they are trying to keep it up but feels a bit abandoned. The room was clean enough and stuff mostly worked, but we never saw a staff member and there was too much kitschy stuff around for my taste.
