It's a shared house with the owners. The house will be shared with the owners, which are myself and my husband.

House Description: - The kitchen and living room on the ground floor will be shared, as well as a bathroom on the upper level. Additionally, there’s a third room with its own living area and bathroom on the lower level.

Harmony Haven in Lower Sackville provides adults-only accommodations with a garden and a shared lounge. The property is around 12 miles from Casino Nova Scotia Halifax, 12 miles from World Trade and Convention Centre, and 12 miles from Halifax Grand Parade. Guests can access free Wifi and free private parking.

Our house is fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, and a shared bathroom. A toaster, a fridge, and kitchenware are also available, as well as a kettle. At the homestay, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels.

Halifax Citadel National Historic Site of Canada is 13 miles from the homestay, while Maritime Museum of the Atlantic is 13 miles from the property. Halifax Stanfield International Airport is 13 miles away.

Respect: Please treat the home with care.

Check-In Window: 4 PM to 9 PM.
Late check in, after 9 PM late charges will start for every hour as $15.
Early check-in before 4 PM subject to availability and will also be $15 per hour until 4 PM.

Clean-Up: We ask that you wash and tidy your dishes, pots, pans, and sink after use. If dishes are left unwashed, an additional cleaning fee of $10 per night may be charged.

Non-Smoking: This is a strict NON-SMOKING (including Non-Vapes) property. Additional cleaning fees may apply for odors and stains if finds in Room.
You may use the patio or the front main entrance.

Shoes Off: Please remove your shoes upon entering on the Shoe tray.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Extra Guests: Must be approved in advance.

No Parties or Illegal Activities: Strictly prohibited.

Furniture: Please do not move any furniture or appliances.

Security: Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked when you leave and remember to turn off lights and heating.

Appliances: No personal appliances are allowed (e.g., space heaters, portable AC units).

Towels: Hang wet towels on the hooks behind the door before you leave.

Cooking Restrictions: Cooking meat (chicken, fish, pork, beef, lamb, goat, shellfish, etc.) is not allowed in the kitchen. You may enjoy it in your room if ordered from outside.

Visitors: Outside visitors are not permitted without prior host approval.


Check-Out Procedures
Check-out is by 11 AM on your final day. Please follow these steps:

Close and lock all windows.
Turn off lights and small appliances.
Wash all dirty dishes.
Hang used towels on door hooks.
Leave bedding and pillows on the beds.
Report any damaged or missing items.
