Great little cottage, we had a lovely time on the farm. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and the cottage was well equipped with fire wood and a lovely fire pit outside. Very relaxing and would visit again!
A lovely little cottage in a beautiful location. Owners were so lovely and friendly. We all had a lovely time perfect place to relax and enjoy Christmas in July. We even saw an emu on the property!
Wonderful farmstay at Paula's place! The cottage is a real getaway from the hustle and bustle of Sydney life! Incredibly peaceful and beautiful space. Paula is an amazingly helpful host and made our stay really enjoyable. Plenty to do...the cottage is perfectly situated to visit Wombeyan Caves, Taralga Wildlife Park and gorgeous surrounding villages or simply sit on the deck, enjoying the open pit fire and amazing views!! Thank you Paula and Jamie for a very relaxing weekend away! We'll be back!
Paula and Jamie were so lovely and helpful. They upgraded us to Blue Slate Cottage as we wanted to cook more. They gave us fresh eggs and herbs from the chook pen and garden. Both cottages were were delightful with good facilities and plenty of firewood. There were lots of kangaroos, deer, goats, ducks and an emu on the property. The property is an easy drive Wombeyan Caves and Taralga. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the peace and quiet an extra day
We stayed at the cottage the end of June, so it was fairly cold. The fire was effective at keeping the cottage cosy, and the oil heater was a good backup through the night. A great place for a peaceful escape, nice rural outlook, sunset through the trees, Kookaburras at day break, a nice verandah which catches the afternoon sun. Easy country drive to places of interest and great eateries. Friendly, obliging hosts *****
