With two bedrooms, including a main bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a second bedroom with a double bed, you’ll sleep easy after a day of sun and sea. Both rooms come with soft cotton linens and a restful ambiance. The ensuite bathroom features a rejuvenating shower, while the second bathroom is complete with a shower over a bathtub – perfect for a soak after a long day.

The kitchen includes everything you need to create a perfect meal after a day of exploration, including an oven, stove, double-sided fridge (with filtered water and ice maker!), and microwave. "Sol Sands" is conveniently and thoughtfully set up for a easy self check-in. Throughout your stay, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment. The property includes one free off-street secure garage car park for your convenience, however please note it is suitable for small to medium cars only (**Garage measurements are 2.7m width x 1.95m height).

If your car is on the larger or taller side, there are also few 'visitor' carparks available within the secure gated carpark (subject to availability at any given time) and also free parking on the esplanade frontage or on Seaview road.

Nestled in the heart of Henley Beach, this beautiful space offers a premier location. Sol Sands sits in the ideal spot to enjoy everything Henley Beach has to offer. Just moments from the beach, you'll have access to swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing all at your doorstep. Savour local cuisine at Ramsgate Hotel, SeaSalt Society, or The Cheeky Greek, all within easy reach. With shops, boutiques, and the beautiful jetty just around the corner, you’ll find plenty to do without venturing far from your front door.

Adelaide is yours to explore. Getting around is a breeze from Sol Sands. Public transport is right on your doorstep, with buses and trains providing direct access to Adelaide CBD and beyond. The Henley Beach bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to hop on and head to the city for shopping, dining, or cultural experiences.

Alternatively, you can hire a bike to explore the beautiful coastline or enjoy a leisurely walk to Henley Square, where you'll find everything you need just steps away.

Sticking close, pace out the coastal trail to West Beach to the south, and Grange or Tennyson beaches due north.

Please note that walking access to the property is via some stairs.

We supply enough toilet rolls and other general consumables for an average length stay, however please note for longer stays we do not restock these items, so depending on your usage, you may need to purchase more during your stay.

For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur.

Great location. Amenities cover most needs.Could do with additional lounge chairs as opposed to the cane / patio type chairs. Took a long time for the living area to warm up, property met expectations . We opted for the standard checkin at 3pm and check out at 10 am. Was quite annoying that while we were packing the car the cleaner came in at 9:30 am and started stripping the bed stating it was a tight turn around, then the next tenant arrived, seemingly they paid for early check in, we were still doing our final checks for our belongings and were made to feel very uncomfortable and pushed out ahead of our designated check out time. Worse still other than fresh sheets and a quick mop the clean between tenants was clearly not adequate and not what is acceptable for the price paid or hygiene.
