We were surprised to learn of these concerns through the review, as none of them were communicated to us during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have been happy to address them promptly. We recently replaced the Blackstone with a commercial-grade grill that also includes a griddle, providing guests with both traditional grilling and flat-top cooking options. We apologize if this change was not yet clearly reflected in the listing. Regarding the empty propane tank, we keep backup propane tanks on the property in a storage container specifically for situations like this. Had we been notified that the tank was empty, we could have immediately directed you to a replacement so that you could continue enjoying the grill without interruption. Our pool and yard are professionally maintained on a regular schedule. Because these services are necessary to keep the outdoor amenities in good condition for our guests, maintenance may occasionally take place during a stay. We apologize for any confusion caused by the yard crew regarding your arrival date. We also appreciate you bringing the washer and dryer concern to our attention. This is certainly something we would have had our team address immediately had we known about it. We genuinely want our guests to enjoy the home and encourage them to reach out during their stay if something isn't right. Many concerns can be resolved very quickly when we are made aware of them, and we always appreciate the opportunity to do so. We’re happy that, despite these concerns, you enjoyed your stay, and we appreciate you choosing our home.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad the home comfortably accommodated your family of 10 and was exactly as pictured. When you reported a concern with the refrigerator, we immediately sent a service technician to inspect it. The technician confirmed that it was operating properly and explained that, because it had been filled with a large quantity of items, it needed additional time to cool everything to the appropriate temperature. Shortly after your departure, our cleaning team discovered the wallet and belt, and we notified you immediately. Since you were already too far away to return, arrangements were made with the cleaner to mail the items, and we understand that they were sent through the postal service. We are very sorry that the package has not yet arrived and understand how frustrating that must be. Although we cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings left behind or for delays once a package has been placed with the postal service, we sincerely hope the items arrive soon. We send checkout reminders asking guests to carefully check the home before departing for this reason. Thank you for clarifying that this situation was not a reflection of the home or your stay. We appreciate your kind comments about the property and are glad your family otherwise enjoyed the home.
