Full deck with patio table and chairs and fenced in backyard provide a quiet place to relax and talk after a day on the beach or floating on the inlet. A brisk walk to beach, conveniently located near shopping district. Ample parking- bring your boat!

Cute, Cozy Rental

This rental was exactly as represented online! The owner was VERY prompt and responsive to my concerns/questions (this is much appreciated). The kitchen was very well-equipped with enough tableware and cooking utensils for our gang of six. The kitchen also had nice little extra touches- enough garbage bags for our stay, for example. There is a fenced-in area for your pets. We really liked the flexible check-in and check-out dates- it seems most properties on Oak Island want to lock you into a Saturday/Saturday stay. The rental was very comfortable temperature-wise (we were there during an extremely hot period) and the A/C definitely kept us cool. Access to laundry facilities was a nice bonus. The neighborhood is quiet. We would stay here again!
