Beautiful house! I especially loved the deck and all the natural lighting. The host was also very quick to respond when we had an issue with the fire alarms.

The kitchen was well stock, the beds were clean and comfy, the bathrooms were beautiful. The big sliding doors make you feel like you're outside. It's a beautiful place to spend a few days.

Pepper is quite new and clean, and the spaces are very comfortable. The listing doesn’t mention the sauna (but it is highlighted in the photos) and probably for good reason as it requires an app and turned out to be very finicky needing to be reset over and over and then still not heating up and staying hot. Ended up not using it unfortunately. Not a knock but just know the 4 person hot tub is pretty small. The location is pretty good, 10-15 minutes from Brevard and Pisgah Forest and 20-25 minutes from DuPont. I was there for a work offsite and the space was good for me and two business partners to gather and do our work. I would return with my family for a vacation.

Perfect group spot

Very modern house, more of a loft really, with large open common spaces, tall ceilings, and nice finishes. The deck and hot tub really adds to the set up. Great spot to come back to after exploring the Pisgah Forest.

Beautiful property

We hardly wanted to leave for other activities due to the relaxing state of the property. We did have to call for help with the fire pit. I am not familiar with propane and was hesitant about messing with it due to a house fire we experienced a few years ago. The young lady came over and was very helpful and showed me that the top was just not in the on position. I will say if you are not familiar with the winding roads driving in the dark may present some challenges because it is very dark out there. With that being said, the outside of the house is safely lit and I felt safe as a woman traveling with children. Definitely a relaxing get away. Highly recommend!

Everything was great overall. I would rent this property again. My only complaint regarding cleaning was the master bath had a distinct mildew smell - easily remedied. The only other thing I would say is that the handle and lock for the master bedroom needs to be addressed - it was wide open when we arrived and the lock would come undone when we attempted to latch it. But these are all minor and can easily be fixed! Thanks so much!

Great new house in the woods! It had a great layout and full of windows with a great deck. Hot tub was perfect for a couple and a big plus. Kitchen had everything you need (including drip coffee machine) and nothing you don’t (we were happy to see it not cluttered with old left before spices). Plenty of great living space, great TV and internet. Host was responsive when reached out.
