THINGS TO NOTE:
ACCESS: You have full access to the property. we are just a phone call or message away during your stay.

KEYS: need to be collected from the Ezymart Southbank Brisbane 7/15 Tribune Street, South Brisbane QLD, Australia. Note its opening hours are every day from 08:00 - 23:00. You will be given a unique code for picking up the kets 24 hours prior to check in. This is 2.1km from the property. It is about a 7 minute drive or a 30 minute walk.

PARKING: If you are driving enter the carpark - drive down the drive way and turn left then left again to find the allocated car spot for unit 5 (the yellow bollard does NOT go up and down).

INCLUSIVE: As hosts, we welcome all visitors. Overseas guests, people with disabilities, families, and LGBTQI+ friendly.

NOISE: The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm

EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.

STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.

LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay.

LONG STAYS:
All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.

CHECK OUT
We don`t want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.

MANAGEMENT FEE - this is our damage waiver to cover any accidental damages so you don`t have to worry - see house rules for the details.

PETS: No pets allowed on the property.

Great location

The apartment was a good size & well equipped for the two of us. Location was excellent & it was surprisingly quiet given the access is from a busy road. Communication with the property manager was great. Would happily stay here again.
