Spacious modern family home with room for everyone. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and open plan living. Large master bedroom (with ensuite) has its own deck and breathtaking views to the south coast. Caters to families with outdoor fire, spa, board games and separate downstairs living for the kids. 2.9km to Wellington Hospital. 7.5km to the zoo. 8.5km to the airport. 4.3km to Te Papa and the CBD. 7km to see the seals at Red Rocks. 1.5km to Island Bay village, with supermarket, cafes and cinema. Please note there is a known leak from one of the sky lights that may occur in heavy rain - we are scheduling this repair.
