Great stay.

Very nice facility and staff helped when needed. Light over island is loose, mug chipped and shade in bedroom loose. Left steak knives, condiments and plastic storage containers for next residents.

Convenient and quiet location. Well equipped. The booking process was extensive It should be more streamlined so you are doing all the booking at one time for deposits, cleaning, the stay. There was a scam email we received about a month after booking that we called them about and they verified that they were taking care of them. A few days before our stay we received another text about the cleaning/damage waiver which I thought was another scam call. It wasn’t but if you took care of everything at booking then you would only need the checkin information as your reservation date approached and then there would be no confusion. Overall a very comfortable stay. I would book it again but would make sure we received a ground floor room versus the third floor with no elevator.
