The community is new with more homes under construction. Based on the description and pictures, I expected more. First, the cleanliness of the carpet was poor, we ended up vacuuming ourselves. Second, we had an issue with a poorly made cover over an exposed outlet and wiring that fell off. Also, the lights to the dining and kitchen area did not work, the fuse box stated “service”. Because it was a holiday, we had to wait until morning for it to be fixed. Third, there is a note on the wall regarding the AC units, it can go no lower than 71 or there would be 500 fine if the line froze. None of that is communicated on the listing. The upstairs rarely got below 74. The people were helpful but I would not recommend the property. Too many issues.
