The Space: The holiday home is sunny and spacious, designed with modern open-plan living. It features 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. The living area promotes good inside-out flow, making it ideal for family holidays. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. There's a large double internal garage which incudes a fully equipped laundry and plenty of off-street parking. This house is fully fenced with lots of space for the the kids to play.
Guest Access: Drive down the driveway and park outside the front door to access the house.
The Neighborhood: This house is set amongst other similar homes in a quiet street. Old Cromwell is only five minutes way.
Getting Around: The 3-bedroom home is very centrally and conveniently located for accessing everything Central Otago has to offer. It is only 45 minutes drive from the Queenstown Airport. The Cromwell Mall and the Heritage Precinct and the lake are both 3 minutes drive. Wanaka is a 40 minute drive.
Other Things to Note: This is a idea location for boaties situated very close to lake Dunstan, Speedway enthusiasts with plenty of parking and mountain bikers situated near the Dunstan Trail.
