Property was beautiful, pool was clean and close walk to the beach. The only negative is there is construction going on right next door right now. Recommend they leave extra rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags.

Beautiful and well-located property. Outdoor space was great, room for gathering and a nice pool. Only downside of this home was the two main floor bedrooms which were small and did not have closets (just small built in cubbies).

Great location, across the street from the bay! We would have enjoyed more pool, beach toys, floats, noodles, etc.Additional kitchen ware would be helpful. Muffin tins, cookie sheets, serving bowls, utensils, etc. They were very responsive to a hot tub issue and were onsite very quickly. Pool was great, very clean! We enjoyed this location very much!

Our stay was simply outstanding! The home is decorated perfectly with comfortable beds, clean linens, gorgeous decor, and more than you need views and bathrooms attached to every room, a great kitchen, living room dining room to spend time with family and the outdoor space was gorgeously appointed. Not to mention being right across the street from bean point beach was fantastic. We took advantage of beach time, exceptional seafood, and family time in a beautiful home. The property management company was responsive and kind. All you can ask for in a great rental. We will be back!

Family vacation

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of seven. Plenty of room and absolutely beautiful and .. beachy. It was one block from the beach and so close to Pine street with plenty of restaurants and shops. We loved all the amenities at the house such as foosball , ping pong and putting green as well as the pool and spa. And we loved Anna Maria Island and the ease of it. Not crowded even in July. Loved the sunrises and sunsets from the roof top balcony with plenty of seating for 8. Thank you so much for making this the perfect 21st birthday for my Grandson..

We were thoroughly pleased with our stay at salt dreams -perfect location and amenities. Some of the drawers in kitchen and outdoor kitchen area were off track and not working (outside garbage cabinet would not close); upstairs top kitchen drawer on island to left of utensils was also broken and could not be used. Otherwise appliances and accessories were perfect. Need plastic glasses and plates etc for pool kitchen No bathroom in basement level was a negative but we are all mobile and could go up stairs easily Such a great vacation house location! Can’t wait to come back.

This house was amazing. We had great views of the beach (across the street). The pool, hot tub and elevator were all great highlights. The 4 bedrooms with king beds, were nice. It was a bummer that the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor did not have closets though. The only disappointment is the jump in price after we booked. We paid a little over 500/night, which was above what we wanted to pay but we couldn'tresist the house. We looked at the calendar and found days that were over 5000/night, for the exact same place!! That is outrageous.
Our view of the beach at night, from the rooftop.
